• Individual Sign-up.
• Foursomes will be established by the RIGA. (Requests accepted)
  
• Shotgun starting at 8:00am
  
• Lunch is included
  
• There will be a gross division.
• Indexes will be as of the 7/1/17 revision
• Players will be using 100% of their handicap
• There is no handicap maximum, however 36.0 is the highest index a player can use.

Cart and Caddie policy: Carts are required and fees are included in the entry fee.

Conditions/Schedules:  The RIGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein.  The decision of the RIGA in any matter shall be final.

Important: Entries must be received by June 28, 2017. 

A player who withdraws from a tournament after entry closes will not receive a refund.
However, if you need to withdraw after a deadline and are able to find a substitute then you will receive a full refund.
